The Material

There's two booklet holders on one side of the DVD case, you can push it to the border for several times, if the holder is not broken after you bush it many times, the quality of it is good. If the DVD case is made of bad material, it will be broken after you push it several times.
The Hinge Between The Covers
You can bend the two cover by continuously open and close the DVD case. If the DVD case is made of good quality material, the hinge won't become white and broken, if the DVD case is made of bad quality material, the hinge will become white and broken after you bend covers over 50 times.
The Film (Sleeve) Outside Of The DVD Case
The film should be sealed tightly onto the DVD case, you can pull them with enough strength, if it won't get out of the DVD case, the seal is good. You also have to see the thickness of the film. The film should not be too thin.
Things You Should Take Into Account When You Intend To Buy DVD Case
Price: The price is a very important factor that influence the quality of the DVD case, maybe you think what I said is funny, but indeed some supplier who can sell the DVD case with very low and unreasonable price, their products are made by using bad recycled material. Think of this, if there's no profit in the business, who is willing to invest their time and money into it ? So when you intend to buy DVD storage cases, you should think about the price your supplier give you is reasonable or not.
